E L E G A N C E
Quality materials alone will not give you elegance, they must be well combined, and well thought out, as if they were always there.
Aesthetically, with the right balance, architecture becomes timeless. We understand that there is more to custom design than size or expensive finishes. Elegance comes with tried-and-true standards and materials. Knowing where to be bold and dramatic is key to inspirational design without compromising longevity.
Our firm works remodels as many as new construction with an understanding of a how a home or building will grow and change over time. Understanding the client, their long-term goals for their investment, and how they wish to live now, is a significant part of the architectural design process.
I N F L U E N C E
Each family posseses a different lifestyle, each individual a different routine. We will not copy old trends. Instead, we will take inspiration from current trends, and translate them to craft pioneer designs that propel us to the vanguard of future trends.
Creating avant-garde design comes from analysis of spaces as one intends to experience them, working closely with the client to explore visionary features, with a focus on excellence in the end product. While good design achieves practicality and beauty; luxury in architecture through well planned design can provide comfort, inspiration, and reenergize. This is achieved in a custom home, catered to the needs and lifestyle of the owner.
P A S S I O N
Luxury is not our passion; it is merely our expertise.
From an early age, Mr. Herrera has been immersed in the world of opulent living spaces. His architectural journey began with the restoration of a historic mansion overlooking the bay of Coconut Grove, Florida, in 2007. This prestigious residence, originally designed by Walter DeGarmo for William Matheson, epitomized the luxurious lifestyle of the 1920s. He was charmed with several other luxury custom homes during his early career, ranging from historic homes in Coral Gables and Venetian Island, to more contemporary homes in Cocoplum and Coconut Grove. His immersion in this opulent market carried into his work in Atlanta. Working on homes in Tuxedo Park, Park Chastain and the surrounding areas. At all times, sharpening his skills, and training his eye for the highest quality.
