Our fee schedule linked below provides a menu of our basic services and the respective architectural services fees. Amounts shown cover the required set of drawings to obtain a building permit from your local jurisdiction.

Fee schedule excludes fees for consultants as may be required depending on the project and scope, such as civil, MEP, or structural engineers, lighting or equipment consultants etc. Prior to beginning services, we will provide a list of the consultants that may be expected for your project.

The fee schedule also excludes additional drawings not required for permitting but that may be requested by contractors, consultants, or fabricators such as large scale details, interior elevations, additional wall sections etc.
